INSTALLATION FOREMAN

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in industrial construction, equipment installation, or plant projects.
• Experience working in LNG plants, Oil & Gas plants, power plants, gas processing plants, petrochemical plants, and other industrial plant projects.
• Strong knowledge of installation, assembly, erection, and maintenance activities for industrial equipment and systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, isometrics, and technical specifications.
• Experience supervising installation crews, technicians, and skilled workers on site.
• Familiarity with construction methods, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
• Knowledge of permit-to-work systems and industrial project procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding construction environments.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily installation activities at the project site.
• Assign work tasks and monitor the performance of installation crews.
• Ensure all installation work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Oversee equipment installation, assembly, alignment, and related construction activities.
• Monitor work progress and ensure project schedules and targets are achieved.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other construction disciplines.
• Assist in resolving installation issues and technical challenges on site.
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain daily reports and records of work activities.
• Support testing, commissioning, and startup activities as required.
