Job Location: Mozambique
Daeah Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd is seeking an experienced Piping Supervisor to oversee piping construction activities for its projects in Mozambique. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising piping installation works, coordinating field personnel, monitoring productivity, and ensuring that all activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, approved drawings, and applicable industry standards.

Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a Piping Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Strong knowledge of piping installation, fabrication, construction methods, and industry standards.
- Ability to read and interpret piping drawings, isometric drawings, and technical specifications.
- Proven leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all piping construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable codes and standards.
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily work assignments to achieve project objectives and construction milestones.
- Monitor manpower allocation, productivity, and resource utilization to maximize work efficiency.
- Coordinate with engineers, foremen, quality control personnel, and other construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review piping drawings, isometric drawings, and technical documents to ensure proper installation.
- Inspect work progress and verify compliance with quality requirements and construction procedures.
- Identify construction issues and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
- Ensure the availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Enforce company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and promote safe work practices on site.
- Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports, and work accomplishment records for project management.
