ELECTRICIAN

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in industrial electrical installation, maintenance, or construction projects.
• Experience working in Oil & Gas plants, power plants, gas processing plants, petrochemical plants, and other industrial plant projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, cable pulling, cable termination, conduit installation, and electrical equipment installation.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Experience installing and maintaining motors, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, lighting systems, and power distribution equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical safety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and permit-to-work systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical faults and equipment failures.
• Physically fit and capable of working in industrial and construction environments.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, test, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Perform cable pulling, cable termination, conduit installation, and panel wiring works.
• Install electrical devices, motors, transformers, lighting systems, and power distribution equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform corrective maintenance.
• Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure proper operation.
• Follow safety regulations and company procedures during all electrical activities.
• Assist in commissioning and startup of electrical equipment and systems.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
• Coordinate with supervisors, foremen, and other trades to complete project activities efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain basic maintenance and installation records as required.
