LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or construction industries.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and transportation operations.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, inventory records, and transport schedules.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all logistics operations, including transportation, materials handling, and inventory management.
- Plan and monitor the movement of materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure timely delivery to project sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and relevant legal requirements in all logistics operations.
- Supervise logistics personnel and subcontractors, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and transport activities.
- Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and warehouse teams to optimize workflow and reduce delays.
- Identify and resolve logistics issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare regular reports on logistics activities, including status updates, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
