QC MANAGER (Electrical)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant work experience in electrical quality control, inspection, or project QA/QC management.
• Experience working in LNG plants, Oil & Gas plants, power plants, gas processing plants, petrochemical plants, or other industrial plant projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and inspection procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Experience developing and implementing QC plans, inspection and test plans (ITP), and quality procedures.
• Familiarity with international electrical standards, codes, and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership experience in managing QC inspectors and quality teams.
• Knowledge of electrical systems including MCCs, switchgear, transformers, motors, control systems, and power distribution.
  Excellent documentation, reporting, and audit preparation skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with project and engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all electrical quality control activities for the LNG Gas Plant project.
• Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
• Supervise QC electrical inspectors and ensure proper execution of inspection activities.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation for compliance.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with project standards, codes, and client requirements.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and quality checks on electrical installation and testing activities.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, and client teams regarding quality issues and resolutions.
• Monitor and report non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Verify testing and commissioning activities for electrical systems.
• Ensure proper documentation, records, and quality reports are maintained.
• Support project handover, final documentation, and certification processes.
• Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement across the project site.
