INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in industrial construction, installation, or plant projects.
- Experience working in LNG plants, Oil & Gas plants, power plants, gas processing plants, petrochemical plants, or other industrial plant projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, structural, or equipment installation activities.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, installation plans, and technical specifications.
- Experience supervising installation crews, technicians, subcontractors, and skilled workers.
- Knowledge of construction methods, quality control requirements, and safety standards.
- Familiarity with permit-to-work systems and industrial project procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple installation activities.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily installation activities at the project site.
- Ensure all installation works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Coordinate manpower, tools, equipment, and materials required for installation activities.
- Inspect completed installations and verify compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and project management teams.
- Resolve installation issues and provide technical guidance to site personnel.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare daily progress reports, work schedules, and site documentation.
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- Conduct toolbox meetings and promote safe work practices on site.
