Specialized Industrial Services Co. Ltd. (SISCO) is seeking experienced Spray Painters to support oil and gas construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for applying protective and decorative coatings to structural steel, pipelines, tanks, equipment, and other industrial surfaces while ensuring compliance with project specifications, coating standards, and workplace safety regulations.

SPRAY PAINTER

Qualifications:

• Age requirement: 25 to 49 years old.
• Open to first-time applicants and ex-abroad workers.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in oil and gas construction projects.
• Proven experience as a Spray Painter in construction, industrial, or oil and gas environments.
• Knowledge of industrial painting systems, protective coatings, surface preparation, and paint application techniques.
• Familiarity with spray painting equipment, coating materials, and quality standards.
• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding construction site conditions.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare metal and structural surfaces for painting through cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspection.
• Apply primer, intermediate, and finish coats using airless, conventional, or spray painting equipment.
• Ensure proper paint mixing, coating thickness, and application techniques according to project specifications.
• Inspect painted surfaces for quality, coverage, adhesion, and finish.
• Operate, clean, and maintain spray painting equipment and related tools.
• Perform touch-up painting and coating repairs as required.
• Follow coating procedures, manufacturer recommendations, and client quality requirements.
• Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Coordinate with sand blasters, coating inspectors, and supervisors to ensure timely completion of painting activities.
• Perform other painting and coating duties as assigned by the employer.
