Tabuk Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Co. is seeking qualified Senior Dispensing Officers for deployment to Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for verifying, dispensing, and monitoring raw and packaging materials used in pharmaceutical manufacturing while ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company quality standards.

Senior Dispensing Officer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in pharmaceutical dispensing, material handling, or a related field.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and material dispensing procedures.
• Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Experience in inventory control, material management, and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials and records.
• Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional departments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
• Willing to work in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

• Verify raw materials and packaging materials in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and GMP guidelines.
• Dispense raw and packaging materials accurately according to production requirements and established procedures.
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, storage, and transfer of materials throughout the dispensing process.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of all material transactions and dispensing activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper control of material usage.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, quality assurance, and other departments regarding material requirements and availability.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and housekeeping standards within the dispensing area.
• Report discrepancies, shortages, damaged materials, and deviations to supervisors promptly.
• Assist in inventory reconciliation, stock verification, and audit activities.
• Ensure proper documentation of dispensing records and material traceability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to dispensing operations and material management.
• Perform other dispensing and material control duties as assigned by management.
