Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in food and beverage or restaurant service operations.
• Candidates must hold a Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or related fields.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in restaurant service standards and dining operations.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced hospitality environments.
• Good organizational and teamwork abilities.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to follow hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure food and drinks are delivered promptly and accurately to customers within standard serving timeframes.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to maintain smooth restaurant operations.
• Clean and polish restaurant equipment, glassware, crockery, cutlery, and chinaware according to hygiene standards.
• Arrange and prepare table setups before and after customer service based on brand standards.
• Assist waiters and restaurant staff in maintaining efficient service flow.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas at all times.
• Support customer satisfaction by providing courteous and professional service.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures consistently.
• Handle restaurant tools and service equipment properly to prevent damage or loss.
• Assist in maintaining a welcoming and organized dining environment for guests.
