Emdad Human Resources Company is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and established quality standards. The successful candidate will perform dimensional inspections, identify non-conformities, maintain inspection records, and ensure manufactured components meet Ministry of Defense quality requirements before proceeding to the next production stage or final delivery.

Candidates with strong skills in dimensional inspection, GD&T, precision measurement, engineering drawings, quality control procedures, and ISO 9001 are encouraged to apply. Experience in environments requiring strict quality standards is highly relevant to this position.

Quality Inspector

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing, machining, or metal fabrication environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, dial indicators, and gauges.
• Knowledge of inspection methods and quality control procedures.
• Experience with non-conformance reporting and corrective action processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and manufacturing quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in basic computer applications for inspection reporting and documentation.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Verify product dimensions and specifications against engineering drawings and technical requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and GD&T.
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, dial indicators, and other inspection tools.
• Identify defects, deviations, and non-conforming materials or components.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.
• Record and report non-conformities and assist in corrective action processes.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with approved quality procedures.
• Ensure products meet applicable manufacturing and quality standards.
• Support quality control activities throughout the production process.
• Maintain proper calibration and condition of inspection equipment.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure manufactured components comply with Ministry of Defense quality requirements.
• Follow ISO 9001 quality management procedures and workplace safety requirements.
• Perform other quality inspection duties assigned by management.
