Job Vacancy: Quality Control Officer

Tabuk Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Co. is seeking qualified Quality Control Officers for deployment to Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing laboratory testing, monitoring product quality, maintaining quality documentation, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical quality standards and laboratory procedures.

Quality Control Officer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Medicine, Chemistry, or related fields.
• One (1) to three (3) years of experience in quality control, laboratory operations, or a related field.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical quality systems, cGMP, GLP, and GDP requirements.
• Experience in laboratory testing, sample analysis, and quality documentation.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment calibration and maintenance.
• Ability to prepare Quality Control reports and Certificates of Analysis (COA).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good documentation, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and confidentiality requirements.
• Willing to work in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

• Perform testing of products and materials in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct sample testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, finished products, and water samples.
• Prepare laboratory solutions, reagents, and testing materials as required.
• Calibrate, monitor, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
• Record and document test results accurately and maintain laboratory records.
• Prepare Quality Control reports, Certificates of Analysis (COA), and related documentation.
• Monitor laboratory temperatures, environmental conditions, and stability samples.
• Report deviations, abnormal results, and quality issues to supervisors promptly.
• Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and safety regulations.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and proper housekeeping practices.
• Support investigations related to out-of-specification results and laboratory deviations.
• Maintain confidentiality of laboratory data, company information, and test results.
• Perform other laboratory and quality control tasks as assigned by management.
