Job Vacancy: QC Manager

Job Location: Kuwait

Refreshment Trading Co. is seeking an experienced and results-driven QC Manager to lead and manage all quality control activities across operations. The QC Manager will be responsible for ensuring products meet company standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements, while driving continuous improvement in quality systems and processes. 

QC Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Quality Control, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and food safety regulations.
  • Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, or trading companies is preferred.
  • Experience working in Kuwait or the GCC is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
