Production Operator

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in an automotive manufacturing company is preferred.
• Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
• Intermediate level of English communication skills.
• Ability to perform assembly, inspection, and production tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production line operations, and quality control procedures.
• Physically fit and able to work in a standing position for extended periods.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules.
• Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-assembly operations such as deburring, cutting, forming, washing, soldering, welding, and bending of components according to work instructions.
• Assemble structural components and fit individual parts into finished units following technological specifications and assembly procedures.
• Inspect incoming materials, semi-finished products, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Operate production machinery, assembly tools, and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and follow production instructions, work orders, technical drawings, and standard operating procedures.
• Identify defective materials or products and report quality issues to supervisors immediately.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining accuracy and product quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area in accordance with 5S and workplace safety practices.
• Record production data, inspection results, and operational reports accurately.
• Follow company policies, quality management systems, and workplace health and safety regulations.
• Work effectively with supervisors, technicians, and fellow production staff to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Perform other production and assembly duties assigned by management.
