GRAPECARE LTD is seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operators / Assemblers to join its manufacturing facility in the Czech Republic. The company specializes in the production of rubber products, including hydraulic hoses, industrial hoses, conveyor belts, escalator handrails, and other industrial components. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, assembling products, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Production Operator / Assembler

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Production Operator, Machine Operator, Assembler, or in a similar manufacturing role.
  Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is required.
• Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive manual work, including lifting materials weighing 10–15 kg on a regular basis.
• Basic knowledge of production processes, machine operation, and quality inspection procedures.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions accurately.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to attend a Trade Test in Manila as part of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing of rubber products.
• Assemble hydraulic hoses, industrial hoses, conveyor belts, escalator handrails, and other rubber components according to production specifications.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and company requirements.
• Monitor machine operations and report equipment malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor.
• Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and routine cleaning of production equipment.
• Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet daily output targets.
• Handle, move, and lift production materials and finished products, including components weighing 10–15 kg, where required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with company housekeeping standards.
• Comply with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Accurately complete production records, inspection reports, and other required documentation.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and fellow production team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by management related to production and assembly activities.
