Integrated Services Engineering Consulting Company (ISEC) is seeking a highly experienced Principal Electrical Engineer to lead electrical engineering design and execution for large-scale oil & gas and industrial projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves providing technical leadership, reviewing designs, ensuring compliance with international standards, and guiding project teams toward successful delivery.
Principal Electrical Engineer
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience
- Extensive experience in GES+, FEED, PMC, or EPC projects
- Strong background in electrical systems for large-scale oil & gas or industrial projects
- In-depth knowledge of power distribution, motor control, lighting, grounding, and instrumentation interfaces
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and coordination skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within project timelines
Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical engineering activities for GES+, FEED, PMC, or EPC projects
- Develop, review, and approve electrical designs, layouts, specifications, and equipment selection
- Ensure compliance with international electrical codes, standards, and project requirements
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including instrumentation, mechanical, and civil engineers
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior electrical engineers
- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems
- Evaluate and recommend electrical equipment and materials
- Prepare and review engineering documentation, technical reports, and project deliverables
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety standards
- Support clients, contractors, and project management with technical expertise
