SERVICE & INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN (PLUMBER)
Qualifications:
- Trade Certificate or Diploma in Plumbing or a related field
- Valid Group 2 Driver’s License is required
- Experience in plumbing, gas piping, LPG installation, or related technical services
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, layouts, and building specifications
- Knowledge of LPG customer installation procedures and safety requirements
- Experience in preparing material take-offs and cost estimates
- Strong understanding of project installation works and site operations
- Computer literate and capable of preparing reports and documentation
- Attention to detail, punctual, and able to meet deadlines
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair LPG piping systems and related plumbing works
- Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications for installation projects
- Perform gas pipe layout, fitting, testing, and commissioning activities
- Ensure all LPG customer installation procedures and safety standards are followed
- Conduct inspections and troubleshooting of gas and plumbing systems
- Prepare cost estimates, material requirements, and installation reports
- Coordinate with project teams, supervisors, and customers regarding installation schedules
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair works on LPG systems
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and serviceable condition
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
