Registered General Nurse

Qualifications:

  • Must be an IELTS or OET passer
  • Must have passed the CBT (Computer-Based Test) for nursing registration
  • Minimum 12 months of hospital work experience
  • Hospital work gap of less than 6 months is acceptable
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent recognized qualification
  • Valid nursing license/registration in home country
  • Good English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care
  • Willing to work in a care home or healthcare facility setting in the UK

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor patients’ conditions and report changes to physicians and healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation
  • Provide direct nursing care and support to residents and patients
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control, and patient safety standards
  • Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
  • Promote the health, dignity, comfort, and well-being of residents and patients
