Episil Technologies, Inc. is seeking qualified PM (Preventive Maintenance) Technicians to support its semiconductor manufacturing operations in Taiwan. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, equipment inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of semiconductor production equipment to ensure maximum machine efficiency, product quality, and operational reliability.

Qualifications:

• Male and female applicants are welcome to apply.
• Age: Below 35 years old.
• Height Requirement: Male – 165 cm and above; Female – 155 cm and above.
• Ex-Taiwan workers are welcome, provided they are eligible to work for an additional six (6) years in Taiwan.
• Vocational or College Graduate.
• Must have Electronics or Semiconductor industry work experience.
• Good eyesight with no color blindness.
• Not left-handed.
• No tattoo.
• Knowledge of semiconductor equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance procedures, and production systems is an advantage.
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment and follow strict manufacturing protocols.
• Physically fit and capable of working on rotating shifts and overtime when required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on semiconductor manufacturing equipment and production machines.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment to minimize production downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues before failures occur.
• Replace worn or defective machine parts and perform equipment calibration when required.
• Maintain accurate preventive maintenance records, equipment logs, and service reports.
• Assist in machine installation, commissioning, process setup, and equipment qualification.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure equipment availability and efficient production operations.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), cleanroom protocols, and semiconductor manufacturing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, quality standards, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tools, and work areas, particularly in cleanroom environments.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and production efficiency.
• Perform other maintenance and technical duties assigned by management.
