Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef in a professional kitchen.
• Knowledge of various pizza styles, dough types, and baking techniques.
• Creativity in creating new pizza recipes and flavor combinations
• Attention to detail in arranging toppings and ensuring consistent pizza quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a hot kitchen environment.
• Manual dexterity for stretching dough and arranging toppings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and hand-stretch pizza dough to create consistent and thin crusts.
• Create and execute a variety of pizza recipes, using both classic and innovative toppings.
• Monitor pizza oven temperatures and baking times to ensure perfect results.
• Prepare and arrange pizza toppings in an aesthetically pleasing and balanced manner.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation of orders during busy periods.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards throughout the pizza preparation process.
• Keep the pizza station clean and organized, including maintaining ingredient stock.
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff in pizza-making techniques and presentation.
• Stay updated with food trends and new pizza-making methods to continually enhance skills and offerings.
• Ensure high-quality customer service by fulfilling orders accurately and promptly
