Mr. Mikes Pizza Company Limited is seeking an experienced and skilled Pizza Chef to lead the kitchen operations and deliver high-quality pizzas and menu items. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pizza preparation, kitchen management, and food safety standards, with the ability to work independently while ensuring consistent quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / College Degree in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pizza Chef, preferably in a renowned pizza chain or within Middle Eastern countries.
- Proven expertise in preparing a variety of pizzas, including dough preparation, sauces, toppings, and oven handling.
- Strong ability to manage a pizza outlet independently while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Knowledge of international food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent pizza-making, kitchen management, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Good customer care, communication, and leadership skills.
- Flexible, disciplined, reliable, and passionate about food quality and customer satisfaction.
- Professional, courteous, and well-presented.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook pizzas and related menu items according to company recipes, standards, and portion control.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all food items at all times.
- Independently manage day-to-day kitchen operations, including cooking schedules, food preparation, and cleanliness.
- Monitor food stock levels, place requisitions, and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with international food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Train, supervise, and guide kitchen staff when required.
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff for timely order delivery and smooth service.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve food-related concerns promptly.
- Maintain proper use and care of kitchen equipment and tools.
- Ensure efficient kitchen operation during peak business hours.
