Carpenters Automotive and Transport Limited is seeking an experienced Parts Sales Executive to manage sales of automotive and related parts, provide excellent customer support, and ensure efficient inventory management. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Parts Sales Executive
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in parts sales, preferably in automotive or related industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM software, and inventory management systems; ERP system knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of inventory systems and supplier negotiations.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Management:
- Handle online and offline sales of parts, process orders, and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
Advise customers on product selection, pricing, and delivery options.

- Customer Support:
- Provide pre- and post-sales support, including preparing quotations and updating customers on delivery status.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Order Processing:
- Enter sales orders, issue delivery notes, and coordinate with warehouses to ensure timely deliveries.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels and manage spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain availability and ensure timely replenishment.
- Optimize stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstock.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams to align strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Market Research:
- Conduct regular market research to monitor competitors, pricing, and industry trends to inform sales strategies.
- Reporting:
- Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory status, and customer feedback to guide management decisions.
