Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR).
• Skilled in repairing dents, dings, creases, and minor body damage without repainting.
• Strong knowledge of PDR tools, techniques, and repair procedures.
• Ability to assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Good hand-eye coordination and precision in repair work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of automotive body repair standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect vehicles and assess dents, dings, and minor body damage.
• Perform paintless dent repair using specialized PDR tools and techniques.
• Restore damaged panels while preserving the vehicle’s original paint finish.
• Remove dents from doors, hoods, roofs, fenders, and other body components.
• Ensure repaired surfaces meet quality and appearance standards.
• Use proper lighting and inspection tools to identify imperfections.
• Maintain and care for PDR equipment and tools.
• Follow company safety procedures and workshop standards.
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations to supervisors or service advisors.
• Complete repair work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
