RESTAURANT MANAGER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year working experience as a restaurant manager.
  • Experience as a Manager in a Fine Dining Restaurant is mandatory.
  • No minimum educational attainment is required.
  • Must have a valid passport with at least 2.5 years validity.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant outlets within the assigned region.
  • Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and motivate store managers and their teams to maintain brand standards.
  • Monitor store performance through audits, KPIs, and regular reporting.
  • Implement marketing and promotional activities to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage inventory control, operational budgets, and cost optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Build strong communication between regional teams and head office.
