Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and reservations.
- Maintain an organized waiting list and coordinate table assignments efficiently.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding restaurant services and menu offerings.
- Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth guest flow and dining operations.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and courteously.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
