Qualifications:
- Open to male and female candidates.
- Preferably with experience in French cuisine (not mandatory).
- Minimum of 6 months relevant kitchen experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication and organizational skills.
- Flexible and willing to work varied shifts as required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and kitchen equipment.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Support the kitchen team during peak hours to ensure timely service.
- Prepare ingredients, measure, and portion as instructed by senior chefs.
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies properly.
- Adapt to different tasks as required to support smooth kitchen operations.
