Qualifications:

• With a strong work background, more than 3 years of relevant work experience abroad
• With supporting documents proving track record of overseas employment
• Can obtain valid Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) from country of work for more than 5 years
• Very good verbal and written English communication skills
• Valid IELTS certificate (minimum overall band score of 4) or valid PTE certificate (minimum overall band score of 29) is an advantage
• If no valid IELTS/PTE certificate yet, must be willing to undergo and shoulder IELTS/PTE test
• With valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly examine and analyze intricate blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications to determine the appropriate sequences and methodologies for operation.
• Utilize precision measurement techniques and skills to accurately lay out vital installation reference points for various electrical systems and components.
• Meticulously select, cut, and expertly connect wires and cables to their respective terminals and connectors, ensuring robust electrical connections.
• Employ advanced electrical and electronic test instruments with a high degree of proficiency to meticulously trace, identify, and diagnose faults in complex systems.
• Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities by effectively repairing or replacing any faulty wiring or defective parts, ensuring safe and efficient electrical operations.
• Execute precise positioning and installation of electrical switchboards, guaranteeing the seamless functioning of electrical systems.
• Artfully connect electrical systems, appliances, and equipment to power supplies, ensuring reliable power distribution.
• Conduct rigorous testing to verify the continuity of circuits and perform meticulous tests and adjustments of electrical and mechanical components.
• Lead the installation, testing, and commissioning of sophisticated electrical systems, lifts, and state-of-the-art solar photovoltaic (PV) power generation systems.
• Possess a sound knowledge of alarm system installation, involving a deep understanding of blueprint analysis, wiring diagrams, and sequencing methodologies.
• Showcase a wealth of experience with various types of alarm panels, coupled with extensive expertise in different alarm system layouts.
• Master the art of selecting, cutting, and connecting wires and cables to terminals and connectors, demonstrating impeccable precision.
• Serve as a trusted problem solver, adept at repairing and replacing faulty wiring, defective parts, and the ability to measure and lay out installation reference points.
• Specialize in the positioning and installation of electrical switchboards, ensuring the seamless connection of electrical systems to power supplies.
• Offer unrivalled expertise in installing, testing, and adjusting electric and mechanical components in lifts and elevators.
• Exhibit proficiency in the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar photovoltaic (PV) power generation systems, harnessing renewable energy for a sustainable future.
• Possess comprehensive skills in diagnosing electrical malfunctions, cutting and connecting wiring and cables, and maintaining air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
• Hold expertise in the installation of conductors, aerial and underground cables, and equipment integral to electrical supply.
• Demonstrate an extensive skill set encompassing the installation, modification, maintenance, adjustment, and repair of business machines, radio and television receivers, audio and visual reproduction equipment, electronic instruments, and control systems.
• Contribute to efficient communication systems by transmitting and receiving radio messages.
• Offer extensive experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment, as well as voice and data transmission devices.
• Showcase proficiency in fire alarm system installation, encompassing blueprint analysis, wiring diagrams, and system layout comprehension.
• Display in-depth knowledge of alarm panels, coupled with the ability to select, cut, connect, and repair wiring, ensuring precise system functionality and safety.
• Demonstrate expertise in the installation, testing, and adjustment of fire alarm components, contributing to comprehensive fire protection.
• Exhibit a robust understanding of different fire alarm system layouts and the ability to diagnose and rectify faults in a timely and efficient manner.
