TU Holdings Group is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to join its hospitality team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will prepare and serve high-quality beverages, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain an organized and efficient bar while upholding the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and professionalism.

BARTENDER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Bartender in a fine dining restaurant, hotel, or pub.
• Basic knowledge of mixology, including classic cocktails, beverage preparation techniques, and current beverage trends.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate bar equipment and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with basic inventory or hospitality management systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Mix classic and specialty cocktails while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
• Recommend beverages and provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Operate bar equipment safely and maintain cleanliness of the bar area, glassware, and tools.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock bar supplies, and assist with inventory management.
• Process customer payments accurately and handle cash transactions when required.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and responsible beverage service standards.
• Stay updated on current beverage trends and suggest new drink offerings when appropriate.
• Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
