Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR).
- Skilled in repairing dents, dings, creases, and minor body damage without repainting.
- Strong knowledge of PDR tools, techniques, and repair procedures.
- Ability to assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Good hand-eye coordination and precision in repair work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of automotive body repair standards and safety procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicles and assess dents, dings, and minor body damage.
- Perform paintless dent repair using specialized PDR tools and techniques.
- Restore damaged panels while preserving the vehicleโs original paint finish.
- Remove dents from doors, hoods, roofs, fenders, and other body components.
- Ensure repaired surfaces meet quality and appearance standards.
- Use proper lighting and inspection tools to identify imperfections.
- Maintain and care for PDR equipment and tools.
- Follow company safety procedures and workshop standards.
- Communicate repair findings and recommendations to supervisors or service advisors.
- Complete repair work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
