Hofmann Personal is hiring experienced Industrial Painters for deployment in the Czech Republic. The company is looking for skilled professionals with strong background in industrial coating, spray painting, and surface finishing of metal components in manufacturing environments.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in powder coating, spray application, and industrial painting systems.
PAINTER
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only.
- Maximum age: 35 years old.
- Minimum of 4 years of industrial painting experience.
- Experience in hanging sheet metal parts on rails and surface preparation.
- Skilled in spray gun operation and paint booth systems.
- Knowledge of powder coating and wet painting (spray application only).
- Experience in quality control inspection and puttying work.
- Minimum 1 year experience in crane operations and rigging.
- Physically fit with excellent stamina for manual handling of heavy components.
- Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality finishing standards.
Responsibilities:
- Hang sheet metal parts on rails for surface preparation and coating processes.
- Clean and prepare parts manually or using machine washing systems.
- Apply powder coating and wet paint using spray application techniques.
- Operate spray guns and paint booths to ensure high-quality surface finishes.
- Perform quality control inspections on painted components.
- Carry out puttying work to correct surface imperfections.
- Unload cured painted parts and organize them onto pallets.
- Operate hand-guided pallet jacks for material handling.
- Assist in crane operations and basic rigging tasks when required.
- Ensure all painted products meet required quality and production standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Follow workplace safety regulations and production procedures.
