Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• MOH license or eligibility to obtain MOH license (as applicable)
• Fluency in English, with excellent spoken and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a hospital setting according to established standards and clinical protocols
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions; administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and post-discharge instructions
• Adhere to Kuwait Labor Law and hospital policies, including safety and infection control procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
