Polyax Alkatrészgyártó Kft. is seeking an experienced CNC Heat Treat Furnace Operator responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring heat treatment equipment used in tempering, hardening, annealing, and other heat treatment processes for metal and plastic components. The ideal candidate will ensure quality production, proper furnace operation, and compliance with manufacturing and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in heat treatment operations.
• At least a high school graduate.
• Must have proven experience in the exact position.
• Strong understanding of heat treatment processes and furnace operations.
• Ability to monitor product quality and maintain production standards.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety procedures.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or metal processing environment.
• Ability to read and understand technical instructions and process documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under production schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor heat treatment equipment such as furnaces, flame-hardening machines, and induction machines.
• Perform heat treatment processes including tempering, hardening, annealing, and related operations according to specifications and quality standards.
• Assist in controlling and monitoring heat-treating equipment during production.
• Prepare parts and components prior to heat treatment.
• Conduct quality inspections after treatment and forward finished components to the next production stage.
• Maintain and monitor furnace condition to ensure efficient and safe operation.
• Follow safety procedures and production guidelines at all times.
• Complete production and process documentation accurately.
