Solution Cooperative is seeking detail-oriented and skilled Mechanical Inspector Workers to join manufacturing operations in Japan under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP). The successful candidates will be responsible for inspecting mechanical parts and components to ensure they meet required specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

MECHANICAL INSPECTOR WORKER (TITP)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• At least a High School Graduate.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a related field, with a Certificate of Employment (COE) issued not later than 2021.
• Physically and mentally fit to work abroad.
• Medically fit for overseas employment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions accurately.
• Willing to work in Japan under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP).

Responsibilities:

• Inspect mechanical parts, components, and assemblies based on technical drawings and specifications.
• Use measuring tools and inspection equipment to check dimensions, tolerances, and product quality.
• Identify defects, inconsistencies, and non-conforming materials.
• Document inspection results and report findings to supervisors or quality control teams.
• Ensure compliance with production standards and safety requirements.
• Assist in minor adjustments or rework coordination when defects are identified.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and reports.
• Keep inspection tools and work area clean and organized.
• Follow all workplace procedures and quality control guidelines.
