Job Vacancy: Mechanical Engineer

Kyowa Technologies Co., Ltd. is seeking qualified and experienced Mechanical Engineers to join its technical team in Japan. The successful candidates will be responsible for the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment, while supporting construction projects, engineering operations, and project coordination to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and technical standards.
Mechanical Engineer
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of working experience in the field.
- Must hold a valid Professional License in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) or other relevant engineering discipline, as required by the position.
- Experienced in mechanical design, construction, project coordination, or technical engineering works.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, technical drawings, engineering principles, and applicable industry standards.
- Detail-oriented, professional, and able to work effectively in a highly technical environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Design, review, and prepare mechanical plans, layouts, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project teams to ensure projects are completed according to design specifications and schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical support to resolve mechanical and construction-related issues.
- Prepare project reports, cost estimates, material specifications, and engineering documentation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Evaluate mechanical systems and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Adhere to company policies, workplace safety regulations, and engineering best practices.
