Massage Therapist
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
- At least High School Graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Knowledgeable in various types of massage and professional massage techniques.
- Basic knowledge of manicure and pedicure services.
- Basic knowledge of waxing and shaving procedures.
- Knowledgeable in providing Moroccan bath treatments.
- Strong understanding of proper hygiene, sanitation, and client safety during treatments.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, courteous, reliable, and customer-oriented.
- Physically fit and capable of performing massage treatments for extended periods.
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment area.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a variety of professional massage treatments according to client needs and salon standards.
- Conduct basic consultations with clients to understand their preferred treatment and areas requiring attention.
- Perform different massage techniques safely and professionally.
- Adjust massage pressure, techniques, and treatment methods according to client preferences and requirements.
- Maintain a professional, comfortable, and hygienic treatment environment.
- Prepare the massage room, equipment, linens, oils, and other treatment supplies before each appointment.
- Follow proper hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures during all treatments.
- Observe client comfort and respond appropriately to feedback during massage sessions.
- Provide after-treatment care instructions and recommendations when appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of massage rooms, equipment, tools, and work areas.
- Assist with basic manicure and pedicure services when required.
- Perform basic waxing and shaving services according to salon procedures.
- Assist in providing Moroccan bath treatments in accordance with established salon standards.
- Properly prepare and use massage oils, creams, scrubs, and other treatment products.
- Monitor supplies and report shortages of massage and beauty treatment materials.
- Maintain proper handling and storage of salon products, equipment, towels, and other supplies.
- Maintain client privacy, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other salon staff to maintain smooth daily operations.
- Follow salon policies, procedures, service standards, and workplace safety requirements.
- Perform other massage therapy and beauty-related duties assigned by management.
