MANPOWER ADMINISTRATOR COORDINATOR
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only.
- At least 2 years experience in the same field.
- Good English communication skills.
- Graduate of BS Administration, Law, or any related course.
- Experience in Investigations, Human Resources (HR), Compliance, Internal Audit, or related fields.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate manpower administration and support daily office operations.
- Maintain employee records, reports, and confidential documents accurately.
- Assist in HR, compliance, investigation, and internal audit-related activities.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace regulations.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and administrative documentation for management review.
- Coordinate with departments regarding manpower concerns and operational requirements.
- Handle administrative tasks professionally while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Maintain organized filing systems and proper documentation management.
