KBR SERVICES LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical maintenance activities in oil & gas, petrochemical, or fertilizer plant facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical teams, ensuring safe and efficient operation of electrical systems and equipment, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic Engineering) or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of working experience in electrical maintenance.
  • Must have experience working in oil & gas, petrochemical, or fertilizer plant environments.
  • Proven experience supervising electrical teams and managing maintenance activities.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Familiarity with electrical safety standards, codes, and industrial maintenance practices.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of electricians in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Perform and oversee preventive maintenance activities to ensure reliability and continuous operation of electrical facilities.
  • Troubleshoot complex electrical system failures and provide effective solutions.
  • Monitor electrical maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety procedures, electrical codes, and company standards.
  • Manage electrical spare parts inventory and coordinate the availability of required materials and equipment.
  • Review work permits, maintenance reports, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure all electrical works are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to support plant operations.
