Aber Care Pte Ltd is seeking compassionate and dedicated Allied Infant Educarers to provide quality care and early childhood support for infants and toddlers in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and developmental needs of children aged 3 months to 3 years, while creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

Allied Infant Educarer

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Education-related course, Caregiving, Midwifery, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience teaching or caring for children aged 3 years old and below in a daycare center, kindergarten, or similar childcare setting.
• Experience caring for infants aged 3 months to 3 years is required.
• Patient, caring, and passionate about early childhood development.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented childcare environment.
• Age limit: Up to 35 years old.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive care and supervision to infants and toddlers aged 3 months to 3 years.
• Carry out daily care routines, including bottle and spoon feeding, diaper changing, bathing, dressing, napping, and maintaining proper hygiene.
• Support children’s early learning and developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities and play.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom or childcare environment.
• Observe and monitor children’s health, behavior, and developmental progress, and report concerns when necessary.
• Work closely with fellow educators and parents to support each child’s overall growth and well-being.
• Follow childcare center policies, health and safety regulations, and early childhood education standards.
• Assist in preparing learning materials and organizing daily classroom activities.
