Pioneer Asia Manpower International Inc. or Pioneer Asia or PAMI is a land-based recruitment agency duly licensed by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) / Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) specializing in the career placement of Filipino professionals, skilled and unskilled workers for overseas employment.

PAMI serves two (2) kinds of Clients:

A. Foreign Clients – the job provider (Foreign Companies/Principals/Employers)

We offer our service to assist in gathering qualified Philippine Candidates with utmost attention indicated on their manpower request. Our service starts from the day that we seal the agreement and until the hired employee finishes the employment contract and return to the Philippines.

B. Local Clients – the jobseekers (Philippine Nationals)

We offer our service to prequalify your application to avoid having mismatch job. We guarantee to offer you an employment contract with proper documents from both countries (Philippines and Host Country).
