SAP Basis Analyst

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, SAP Administration, or related field
• Strong experience in SAP Basis Administration
• Hands-on experience with:
  • SAP ECC
  • SAP S/4HANA
  • SAP HANA Database
• Strong understanding of SAP Basis architecture and system landscapes
• Experience in SAP system installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance
• Knowledge of SAP security concepts and system performance monitoring
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 security standards and compliance requirements
• SAP certifications are an advantage
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain SAP systems, databases, and technical infrastructure
• Ensure secure system configuration in accordance with SAP Security Baseline and ISO 27001 requirements
• Monitor SAP system performance, availability, and reliability
• Validate system integrity after upgrades, patches, transports, and configuration changes
• Support SAP technical architecture and landscape design activities
• Manage system administration tasks including user administration, client management, and transport management
• Monitor SAP environments and resolve technical issues promptly
• Communicate system outages, risks, maintenance activities, and planned changes to stakeholders
• Coordinate with vendors and monitor performance against SLAs and contractual obligations
• Assist in backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and system health assessments

• Passport valid for more than 3 years preferred (or proof of passport release)
• NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
• Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
• PEOS certificate
• Vax Certificate
