IT Junior Manager (Cyber Security)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Security, Cybersecurity, or Information Security Management
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST Framework, and cybersecurity best practices
• Experience with:
  • SIEM (Security Information and Event Management)
  • EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response)
  • MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
  • Firewalls and network security solutions
  • Cloud security platforms
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and incident response skills
• Experience in risk assessment, vulnerability management, and security compliance
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or similar are an advantage
• Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, manage, and maintain IT security systems and security operations
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and security audits
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and security controls
• Ensure compliance with security standards, regulations, and company requirements
• Investigate, respond to, and document security incidents and breaches
• Monitor cloud, network, server, and endpoint security environments
• Coordinate incident response and recovery activities
• Review security logs, alerts, and threat intelligence reports
• Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity awareness initiatives
• Prepare technical reports, security assessments, and management recommendations
• Work closely with IT teams to strengthen infrastructure security and operational resilience

• NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
• Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
• PEOS certificate
