Autoglass Ireland is seeking skilled and customer-focused Windscreen Technicians / Auto Glaziers to join its growing team in Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing, replacing, and recalibrating vehicle glass while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and safety.

Windscreen Technician/ Auto Glazier

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Holder of a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in vehicle glass repair and replacement, panel beating, or automotive repair.
• Good English communication skills.
• Must possess a full, clean driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle windscreen and automotive glass repairs, replacements, and recalibrations in accordance with industry-leading standards.
• Diagnose vehicle glass damage and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
• Ensure all installations are completed accurately, safely, and to manufacturer specifications.
• Deliver professional, courteous, and high-quality customer service during every appointment.
• Manage daily work schedules and appointments efficiently while working independently.
• Operate and maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and technology responsibly.
• Maintain company vehicles, stock, and equipment in clean, safe, and serviceable condition.
• Work closely with customer service and support teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
