BUILDING CLEANING (SSW)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in building cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial services, or a related field.
- At least a High School Graduate.
- Must possess a valid passport (not expired).
- Physically fit and capable of performing cleaning duties, including standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
- Responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
- Willing to work in Japan under the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) program.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize assigned areas, including offices, hallways, restrooms, stairways, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors, furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.
- Empty trash bins, collect waste, and dispose of garbage in accordance with established procedures.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and restroom consumables as needed.
- Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and efficiently.
- Report maintenance concerns, damaged facilities, or equipment requiring repair to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow company policies, health and safety regulations, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas while providing quality cleaning services.

- Latest PSA married certificate (if married)(photocopy & original) 6pcs. Latest 2×2 id pictures (with white background in formal attire)
- If holder of valid driver’s license (photocopy)
- Latest NBI (color light blue) (photocopy & original)
- High school diploma / college diploma (photocopy)
- Certificate of employment (COE) (photocopy & original)
- PEOS certificate and e-registration
- One (1) long expanding brown envelope
