Job Location: Mozambique
Dynamic Construction & Solution Co., Ltd. is looking for an experienced QC Inspector to support its LNG Gas Plant Project in Mozambique. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that materials, products, and production processes comply with established quality standards, engineering specifications, and safety requirements throughout all stages of the project.
QC INSPECTOR
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a QC Inspector or in a related quality control role.
- Experience in construction, industrial, oil & gas, LNG, or manufacturing projects is an advantage.
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
- Strong understanding of quality control procedures, inspection techniques, and engineering specifications.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor production and assembly activities to verify adherence to approved procedures, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
- Conduct visual inspections and dimensional checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges, and other testing equipment.
- Perform quality control tests to verify product dimensions, weight, functionality, and overall compliance.
- Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials or products, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate inspection records, quality reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and project teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with company quality management systems and project-specific quality requirements.
