Dynamic Construction & Solution Co., LTD. is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to oversee and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across project sites. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, identify potential hazards, and implement preventive measures to maintain a safe working environment.

SAFETY MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants preferred.
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in safety management, preferably in construction or engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Experience in conducting HAZID, JSA, and managing permit-to-work systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in high-risk and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
• Conduct hazard identification (HAZID) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for high-risk operations.
• Manage permit-to-work systems, including hot work, confined space entry, and SIMOPS (simultaneous operations).
• Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide safety training and guidance to employees and site personnel.
• Maintain safety records and prepare reports for management and regulatory compliance.
• Promote a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization.
