Home Bakery is seeking experienced and skilled Male Commis 1 to join its kitchen team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will assist in food preparation and cooking operations, ensuring high-quality dishes are produced in compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards. This role requires strong foundational culinary skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced bakery and kitchen environment.

MALE COMMIS 1

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of kitchen experience as Commis II or Line Cook.
• Knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Proficiency in basic cooking techniques (sautéing, grilling, boiling, etc.).
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain quality standards.
• Strong knife handling skills and kitchen discipline.
• Must be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willing to relocate and work in Saudi Arabia.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs in daily food preparation and cooking activities.
• Perform basic cooking techniques such as sautéing, grilling, boiling, and baking preparation.
• Follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
• Handle proper knife skills and food preparation procedures.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment.
• Assist in storing and organizing ingredients properly.
• Support the kitchen team in meeting daily production and service requirements.
• Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards or issues to supervisors.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by senior chefs.
