CAS Recruitment Ltd – Greek Branch is seeking qualified CNC Machine Operators for an overseas employment opportunity in Greece. The successful candidate will operate and set up CNC milling and lathe machines, prepare cutting tools, interpret technical drawings, and monitor machining operations to produce accurate and quality components.

CNC MACHINE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a CNC Milling and Lathe Machine Operator is preferred.
  • Knowledge of CNC controller programming.
  • Knowledge or experience with AM software is an advantage.
  • Experience in cutting tool setup and replacement.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Knowledge of CNC machine setup and operation.
  • Ability to monitor machining processes and maintain production quality.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow technical instructions and production specifications.
  • Strong workplace safety awareness.
  • English communication skills are a must.
  • At least a High School graduate.
  • Must have a newly renewed passport.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC milling and CNC lathe machines according to production requirements.
  • Set up CNC machines before starting machining operations.
  • Perform basic CNC controller programming and enter or adjust machine programs as required.
  • Load and secure workpieces correctly before machining.
  • Set up, install, replace, and adjust cutting tools.
  • Monitor cutting tools for wear and replace them when necessary.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, engineering drawings, and blueprints.
  • Check dimensions and machining results to ensure components meet specifications.
  • Monitor machine operations and make appropriate adjustments when required.
  • Follow production instructions and established machining procedures.
  • Conduct basic checks of finished components for quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain CNC machines, tools, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
  • Identify basic machine or production issues and report problems to the supervisor.
  • Follow workplace safety procedures and proper machine operating practices.
  • Perform other CNC machining and production duties as assigned.

Salary Package:

  • Salary starts at € 1,000 gross monthly.
  • Forty-two (40) working hours/ Five (5) days a week.
  • Accommodation will be provided.
  • Contract duration is for 1 year.
