Male Massage Therapist
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only.
- 35–45 years old.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant massage therapy experience.
- Must have a valid passport.
- First-time overseas workers only.
- Knowledge of professional massage techniques and basic client care procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and capable of performing massage treatments throughout working hours.
- Strong attention to hygiene, cleanliness, and personal grooming.
- Professional, respectful, responsible, and customer-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional massage treatments according to client needs and established service procedures.
- Assess clients’ needs and discuss appropriate massage techniques before treatment.
- Perform massage techniques using proper pressure, movements, and procedures.
- Maintain a professional and respectful approach when interacting with clients.
- Ensure the massage area, treatment rooms, equipment, linens, and supplies are clean and properly prepared.
- Follow proper hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Use massage oils, creams, and other treatment products appropriately.
- Maintain proper client privacy, comfort, and confidentiality at all times.
- Observe client feedback and adjust massage techniques appropriately.
- Monitor clients for discomfort or adverse reactions during treatment and respond appropriately.
- Clean and sanitize massage equipment and treatment areas after each session.
- Maintain adequate supplies of linens, oils, creams, and other treatment materials.
- Report damaged equipment, supply shortages, or other concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments or client information when required.
- Follow company policies, service standards, and instructions from management.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude at all times.
- Assist with maintaining an organized and welcoming wellness environment.
- Perform other massage therapy and wellness-related duties as assigned.
