Fukuoka Information Business Cooperative is seeking motivated and hardworking Machine Operators under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) for deployment to Japan. The successful candidate will operate milling, boring, drilling, and tapping machines while gaining valuable technical skills and international work experience.

MACHINE OPERATOR (Milling/Boring/Drilling/Tapping) (TITP)

Qualifications:

• Male/Female applicants aged 22 to 32 years old.
• Candidates must be at least high school graduates.
• Physically fit and emotionally healthy.
• Willing to undergo 4 months of Japanese language training.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of machine operation, manufacturing, or industrial work is an advantage.
• Willing to adapt to Japanese workplace culture, discipline, and safety standards.
• Responsible, hardworking, and eager to learn technical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Operate milling, boring, drilling, and tapping machines according to technical instructions and company standards.
• Assist in machining and manufacturing operations within the production facility.
• Load and position materials properly for machining processes.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and dimensional accuracy are met.
• Monitor machine operations and report abnormalities or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and equipment.
• Follow workplace safety regulations and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules and operational targets.
• Participate actively in technical and Japanese language training programs.
• Comply with Japanese workplace discipline, operational procedures, and company regulations.
