LATHE MACHINE (TITP)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants aged 22 to 28 years old.
- Candidates must be high school graduates or higher.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in plastic molding or related fields.
- Willing to undergo 4 months of Japanese language training free of charge.
- Physically fit, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
- Willing to adapt to a new cultural and professional environment.
- Basic knowledge of lathe machine operation, machining processes, and industrial safety practices is an advantage.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate lathe machines and related equipment according to technical specifications and company standards.
- Assist in plastic molding, machining, and manufacturing production activities.
- Monitor machine operations and ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance when required.
- Inspect finished products and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and equipment.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules and operational targets.
- Participate actively in technical and Japanese language training programs.
- Comply with Japanese workplace discipline, operational procedures, and company regulations.
