Mechanical & Metal Processing (SSW)

Qualifications:

• Former TITP (Technical Intern Training Program) trainee with at least 3 years of experience in the same or related industry
• Must be a Skills Test passer
• Passed JLPT N4 or JFT (Japanese language proficiency required)
• Physically and mentally fit
• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to a Japanese work environment

Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical and metal processing tasks such as cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components
• Operate and maintain machinery used in metal processing
• Ensure product quality meets company and industry standards
• Follow safety procedures and workplace regulations
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
