We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Architect / 3D Visualizer to develop innovative architectural concepts, exhibition stands, event environments, and immersive experiential spaces. The successful candidate will lead projects from concept development through production and installation while producing high-quality 3D visualizations, technical drawings, and client presentations.

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred.
• Up to 40 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related design discipline.
• Professional training in 3D Visualization, Experiential Design, Exhibition Design, or Architectural Technology is an advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in architecture, exhibition design, event design, experiential environments, or spatial visualization.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exhibition stands, event environments, experiential spaces, architectural concepts, and high-quality 3D visualizations.
• Proven experience managing projects from concept development through production and installation.
• Experience handling multiple projects in deadline-driven environments.
• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drafting and construction documentation.
• Advanced skills in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, or equivalent 3D modeling software.
• Strong rendering expertise using V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, Enscape, or Unreal Engine.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for presentations and post-production.
• Working knowledge of production methods, fabrication detailing, and material applications.
• Familiarity with animation and walkthrough presentation tools is an advantage.
• Strong creativity, presentation, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Passport-ready and willing to work in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, exhibition stands, event environments, retail displays, and experiential spaces based on client requirements.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings, layouts, construction documentation, and technical plans using AutoCAD.
• Create high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renderings, animations, and walkthrough presentations.
• Prepare presentation materials using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Coordinate project development from conceptual design through production, fabrication, installation, and project completion.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, engineers, fabricators, and clients to ensure design intent is achieved.
• Review production drawings and fabrication details to ensure constructability and quality standards.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, and construction methods suitable for project requirements.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Stay updated with emerging architectural visualization technologies, design trends, and industry best practices.
